Welcome to International English Service. We are a church serving the English speaking community of Jakarta, both expatriates and Indonesians. IES first open in November 1999 and has since been part of the Assemblies of God Church of Indonesia under the GSJA Batu Tulis.
You Can Relax… At IES people are free to talk, act, dress in a casual manner. Some people dress up, and some dress down. It is not about how you look, but about what makes you comfortable.
If you are visiting please don’t feel obligated to give in the offering… The offering is for attenders who call IES their home church.
There Is A Place For Kids… Children are important to us here at IES. During all services we have special programs and classes for children from ages 1 to 12. Their classes are all on the 9th floor and fully supervised by caring teachers.
Teenagers Love IES… IES Teens meets at Saturday 6 pm and Sunday 11 am. We offer games, snacks, and a message from God's Word that fits their world. Our purposes are to grow in God, glorify Jesus, build true friendships, serve others and reach out to other students.
